Orders: An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment: Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, together with any delivery charges shown before you place the order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Product information: We aim to keep product descriptions, images, quantities and ingredients accurate. Packaging may be updated from time to time. Subscriptions: Where a Subscribe & Save option is offered, the recurring price and frequency are shown before purchase. You can cancel future subscription orders in accordance with the subscription controls available through your account or by contacting us before the next order is processed.

Liability: Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Law: These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
